1. Is there a minimum order quantity?
Yes, Terea is sold by the carton, with a minimum order of 1 carton (1 carton = 10 packs = 200 sticks).

3. Can I change the recipient, address, product, or quantity after placing an order?
Changes can be made *before* shipping. Once shipped, changes are not possible. Please double-check your order before finalizing.

4. Will new flavors be available?
All the flavors in korean version are what's available in Korea. We are trying to get some Japanese exclusive flavors as well. Whenever we get something new, we update it immediately on the website. So, keep checking this website and stay tuned for more!

5. What is your refund policy?
Refunds are available only if you receive an incorrect product and request a refund within 3 days of delivery. We can provide packaging photos before shipment if requested.

5. What if the package shows as delivered but not received?
1. Check all areas – mailbox, front door, package box, and check with neighbors (especially those with similar addresses).
2. Contact us within 2 days of the delivery date.
3. We can file a claim with USPS/UPS, but recovery is not guaranteed. If lost, no refunds can be issued.
